The access route
The Triad is an intimate 115-seat room on the second floor of an 1890s brownstone at 158 W. 72nd Street.
- Elevator access is available to the theater level.
- Some seating areas within the room are reached by a few steps, so not every seat is step-free.
- Tell us what you need and we'll seat you accordingly — there's a step-free option, and we'll confirm it with you before you pay.

Text the box office at (212) 362-2590 or email access@triadnyc.com. We'll hold step-free seats and companion seating at the same price as the equivalent tier, and confirm the exact seats before you commit — no surprises at the door.
Booking ahead simply lets us set the room up for you. If plans change, call and we'll sort it.
